HOPEDALE REPORT....
I had the pleasure of fishing with Jason Burns, along with two of his old team mates from Vanderbilt, and their better halves. Jason's wife (fish catcher of the day) Bridgette, Ron, aka "Hot Boy Ronald", his girlfriend, Michelle, and Tim, aka Tebow.
We headed straight to a spot I smoked them at a couple days before and low and behold couldn't buy a bite. So plan b was right around the corner and was a good move. They started getting bites right away and with a little practice they started catching on. Bridgette, was the one giving the lessons and schooling everyone how it was done. They had some throwbacks in the mix, but the ratio wasn't all that bad.
We were behind the 8 ball on time, and had to get Tebow back for his flight to Hotlanta. Called it a day with a solid catch of 71 speckled trout, 5 whites, and a flat fish. All fish were caught on live Boogie Shrimp under corks on a reef in 6' of water.
This Fall has shaped up to be one for the books. Fishing is just PLAIN STUPENDOUS! Trout are going absolutely nuts and when the water is up the redfish are crazy too!
